Olga Lewis is a Partner at Centerview’s New York office, focused on consumer and retail sectors. Her experience spans a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, corporate carve outs and activism/defense assignments.
Olga’s select representative M&A experience includes advising Maui Jim on its sale to Kering, Spanx on its sale to Blackstone, Tata Harper on its sale to Amore Pacific, Tractor Supply on its acquisition of Orscheln, Victra on its sale to private investor group, Buffalo Wild Wings on its sale to Arby’s/Inspire Brands, Snyder’s-Lance on its sale to Campbell’s, Ainsworth on its sale to J.M. Smucker, UNFI on its acquisition of SuperValu, Office Depot of its acquisition of CompuCom and Party City on its sale to THL. Select capital market transaction experience includes IPOs, debt and follow-on equity raises for Darden, Party City, Vince, WW and Lowe’s. Select activist advisory work includes Macy’s, Campbell’s, Children’s Place and BJ’s Restaurants.
Prior to joining Centerview in 2023, Olga spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs’ New York office.
Olga has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and four children.
