Whit Graham is a Partner in Centerview’s Debt Advisory and Restructuring practice, based in New York. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, he specializes in advising clients on restructurings, recapitalizations, financings and liability management transactions. Since joining Centerview in 2018, Whit has executed transactions involving companies with aggregate debt outstanding exceeding $50 billion.

Prior to joining Centerview, Whit was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he was part of the Restructuring Finance and Advisory group.
Mr. Graham has an M.B.A. with distinction from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. from Wake Forest University. He resides in Rye, New York, with his wife and two children.
